How do I get my Username and Password?

Each child has been provided by their teacher with a Username (often firstname.lastname) and a custom Password. If your child has difficulty remembering or finding their username and password, please do not hesitate to contact the school via phone or e-mail.

My child has no homework in Connect, is something wrong?

Assignments, tasks, and homework show up in Connect once the teacher has uploaded them. At the start of the year, teachers run different programs, that may include a later start date for homework tasks.

Is there a Connect for parents?

Yes. Each parent will be given their own secure login to Connect. Connect is free and very safe because it is provided by the Department of Education.

Can parents use Connect to e-mail and access resources?

Connect is a learning resource for students only. Parents can login and see their children’s Connect Classes on any internet enabled device and receive notices from Connect that will be sent to them either as an e-mail or a notification on their phone. A free app called Connect Now can be downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store and will let parents receive Connect notices as push notifications.
